Click the link here for example on Amazon.  I haven't worn them but they look good to me in so much as their shape.  Ive seen them in 'Coes' of Ipswich on the shelf where they could be tried and I reckon you'd notice the difference within a few minutes of trying them if they are going to help.

Particularly good in my opinion for Midfoot arthritis problems.
